I just wanted to post a picture from my sister Melody’s wedding earlier this month. Congrats Mel and DJ!
Sydney got so excited by the lights and music that she just had to start dancing. She and her Grampa tore up the dance floor.
Once again we’ve reached a baby milestone of outstanding proportions. Around 9:30 tonight Sydney finished her first full bottle of “solid” (i.e. pureed) food. It was the Gerber vegetable beef that facilitated this massive triumph.
As evidenced by the quizzical look on Sydney’s face in the photo, she was wondering if there was any more. The splattering of the bib and chin areas was phenomenal. She latched onto the spoon with the belief that this device was the key to understanding the food delivery mechanism.
She was right.
We feel that this prodigious achievement should be recorded in the annals of history as one the finest moments of Sydney’s first year.
Milestone reached: Solid Food!
